Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered.
Returns are only accepted if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Replacement Process
Once we verify that the wrong item was sent, we will:

Provide instructions for return

Send the correct item at no additional cost
We do not offer refunds unless the correct item is unavailable.
Non-Returnable Items
